Question about Modules!

So since 2.4 is on schedule for a q3 release , i wanted to ask something :
a)Is module storage limit of 60 going to be increased ?
b) Will there be a ship to ship module transfer if the both ships are in the same station and of course have the same class of module (in order to initiate a transfer) ?

A) i certainly hope so, seeing as there will most likely either be new modules or at the very least anti thargoid engineering. Im already at max storage and dont fancy selling the mods.

B) who knows but could be a nice QoL enhancement

Despite a module purge, I'm well over the 60 limit. A week or so ago, I even bought a conda just for module storage this could get expensive.
