Question about NPCs and Combat

Is it me or are NPCs capable of unnatural Shield regen? I just boiled a Python and after dropping his shields, they came back as I brought him back into my gunsights. It was less than 20 seconds and BAM! Shielded.

Sounds like it was using Bi-weave shields.

Yeah, you can move the thread. Wasn't paying attention when I posted.

Anyway... Back on topic. It didn't feel like Bi-weave or Shield Cell Banks. Shields were down (0%) when we passed each other then they were restored when I came back around. If the AI is using a Player trick then fine. I'll live with it. It'll be a bigger challenge but if not... Seems like an issue that needs addressed.
