Newcomer / Intro Question about Options

I use my camera to take a screenshot with F10. I've found out where ED puts that .bmp file, but I can't find anything in the Options to tell ED to save the screenshot in a different folder. I'm on Windows, and it puts the file on my OneDrive, which is a large upload to the cloud. Any way to change it to a local folder of my choice?

Not using ED.
You can use EDDiscovery which has an inbuilt feature to move and convert the screenshot to a more economical format as well as give it a more useful name.
EDMC can do the same thing though you have to add a plugin to do it.

Or as a workaround if you want to keep using the in-game screenshot function but just don't want to clutter your cloud, I think that even if you have a whole folder (Pictures) set up for a OneDrive backup, you can tell it to exclude specific subfolders. In this case the Frontier Developments folder where the screenshots are being saved. So they only stay on your computer.
