Question about planetary ports strong links

I'm still struggling to understand the strong links between certain bodies. I have the following situation multiple times in 1 system:

I'm planning on making the System a Tourism/Agriculture system. I am planning on building 2 Tourism settlements and a planetary port on the 4 slot planet the T3 primary port orbits. If I then build a Coriolis in the slot the reticule surrounds (orbiting the Water World), will the planetary port also have links to the Coriolis? If not (I suspect 1 planetary port can only connect to 1 orbital), what if I build a second planetary port. Will that second planetary port connect to the Coriolis?

Strong links do not leave the boxes. The coriolis is in a different box it will only get weak links from surface ports. Secondary ports just behave like dock-able installations so they follow the normal link rules give strong links to the primary port and weak links to the system. In that position the coriolis cannot get strong links from anything surface.
