Question about PS4 and language

Hi, I come from Hong Hong so I have a Hong Kong PSN account, but the Hong Kong PSN have not this game purchase.
So I wanna purchase Jurassic World Evolution (JWE) from US PSN account, so I have some questions about this process.

1. I knew the language support Traditional Chinese, I buy this game from US PSN, I play this game in my Hong Kong PSN, the language can change it to Traditional Chinese? (the language setting is in-game setting?)

2. I buy the deluxe version in US PSN, I play this game in my Hong Kong PSN, the deluxe bonus can use in my Hong Kong PSN?
