Question About PS4 Crash Reporting

Sometimes when I'm playing my PS4 the game I'm playing will crash and return to the main screen. When this happens the PS4 gives me an option to report the problem. My question is when this happens with ED should I also be making a report about it here, or is FD getting these reports when they are reported?

The problem is 100% ps4 and this used to never be an issue. The maintenance crew at sony screwed up our system bad and should all be fired.

To answer the OP's question. The crash report is sent to the developer of the game. It also helps when you give a description of what happened to. Hello Games used those reports to fix No Mans Sky within a couple weeks of launch.

Crash reports submitted via the console can be seen by us, so they're always useful. Adding a brief description of what you were doing when it crashed is helpful too but I understand this isn't always the easiest thing to do when using a controller! If you see a crash repeatedly it's definitely worth reporting on the forums too, however don't feel that you need to report every single crash you get on the forum.

Ok so is ED down on ps4?? My ps is connected to the internet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But when i go to "start" i am getting a not connected to the internet message! All my fellow commanders are sat at the main menu too like me...

Ok so update, spoken to a couple of cmdr's know, same issue.
But can't figure out if it's an issue with the PlayStation network? Or elite? We have all been sat here reconnecting our PlayStations to the internet. No luck

The problem is with PSN. There has been lots of reports on Downdetector over the last hour or so.
