Question about Purchasing

So i bought the game a while back when it in beta... my question is because its on steam for 60.00 if i bought it outside of steam can i still download stuff from the workshops people made like rides and such even though i didnt buy the game from steam

If you bought it in Alpha when it was not steam you have to get your key from from the frontier store and add it to steam
