Question about Reputations

Is there something past Allied? or Allied is the max reputation available?

Also whats influence? Influence with me? Or their influence on the actual system.

Because sometimes i deliver quest gain reputation with the faction but loss influence

I am pretty sure it is the faction influence, because the influences add up to 100%

Yeah I thought as much when I was looking at various systems influence last night - makes sense.
