Ship Builds & Load Outs Question About Ship Mass and Thrusters

I had some questions about thrusters and ship mass.

I understand the basics of reducing overall mass and getting dirty drive tuning.

From searching around I also understand the principle behind the optimal multiplier and total ship mass.

My question is about minimal mass on thrusters. What does this stat represent?

edit: I found the answer on reddit. Seems like minimal mass is half the optimal which gives the maximum possible results.
