Question about Squadrons missions

I admit I didn't follow squadrons focused feedback so maybe this is a noob question.

Does Squadron allow to have its own missions board and to assign missions to members?

I'm not asking if the leader can create customized missions, but if he can select missions from a Squadrons Mission Board and then the members instead of picking up random missions at starports, can select the squadron missions from a different interface.

No it's not been mentioned though I'd expect it to have a message of the day thing like most guild systems do in other games. Squadrons could use this to direct player operations.

Frontier did mention they would look at ways of affiliating squadrons or flying minor faction flags so people know if they are supporting a group but none of this information has been expanded on.

As described, pretty much yeah.

Not that that isn't a big feature to develop, but it isn't hugely interesting. It's probably like multicrew, if it gets used a lot, they'll do more with it.

Yup.

Squadrons will almost certainly just be a way to coordinate. Just listen to the people "concerned" about squadrons, because they've over hyped them in their head as the hot new way to dominate the galaxy.

The phrasing of this post gives away totally that the majority of the code (and premise) is already in place. It very specifically describes certain mechanics in terms of variables. What I really want is a proper chat sectoin, I hate having to use the 'up' screen to see recent comms.
