Question about storing fighter hangars.

When I store a fighter hangar, does the equipped fighter get stored with it?

See after DW2 I'm probably going to go to Colonia for a while, and was hoping I could buy multiple hangars in the bubble then ship them to Colonia with all the Taipan variations I want inside them.

Your solution to this (if you have the creds) is to install them into named donor ships. You can also use those ships to store modules and weps.

It's a caveman solution then but it works. :)

That's good enough for me.

And have ships parked all over the place.
I have 27 ships and they're all parked at my home station, being able to only park thirtysomething ships in one station parking those storage ships in other stations doesn't make it more convenient imho.
The best solution would be if you could see what fighters are inside the stored hangar but that's up to Fdev to realise.
I'm glad they introduced the storage system but it could be a bit user friendlier imho.
