If I blow up my ship will I respawn at the last FC I docked at or a station?
FCs are considered to be stations. So whichever you last docked at... An FC or station.
that should be the case only, if carrier owner has changed docking permissions? Not true all the time, it seems. I did some science and woke up at the station I was last docked before hoping on the carrier. The carrier I was on jumped already back to the bubble without me on it. Then the same carrier was close by (same system) I ended up on it though. Both experiments were in HIP 36601.
Possibly. It seems logical to me that if you depart from a carrier then get blown up, you would respawn back on the carrier as long as it's still there; however, if in the meantime the carrier had departed and could be 2000LY away, you shouldn't respawn on the carrier but the nearest or last visited station instead. Is that how it works?

I was just thinking the same thing, even hovered my mouse over the photo to see if it was a slow loading GIF or something. Am I missing the joke or something, I know I have been away but this one has me stumped!Well that wins the prize for most random picture of the day lol!
