Question about the shop.

I was looking at my orders on the store tonight and came across something that I would like some clarification on. I recently ordered a pin badge, some paint jobs and the Elite Dagerous boxed upgrade edition. When I looked tonight though it says that the order is 'on hold'. What exactly does this mean? Will I get the items I ordered? I searched but couldn't find another topic on this so apologies if I've missed it. If it should be placed somewhere else then can a mod please remove it.

On hold usually means that they haven't yet received money from your credit card.
Maybe your bank takes their sweet time?

No I don't think thats the problem because it said 'processing' yesterday and has been saying that for a while.

Hmm. Or maybe the shop waits to all things become available to process the order at once?
Just guessing though. Sorry. You should contact the store support. It never hurts.
