Seems what i was doing wrong was mapping the axis of the throttle to increase and decrease throttle speed instead of putting it in the place that you guys suggested.
The Brandy from last night has left my head alittle fuzzy but anyhow thankyou for your help, i can now continue to map and get playing, i cannot wait as i been waiting alongtime for this moment!
