Question for Devs..Elite dangerous App

Wondering if the Elite Dangerous iPad App will have an update at some point from its current version, 1.

It's a nice looking app and would be great to see some more features added to make it useful in-game. Even perhaps able to interact with the game somehow ?

It's possible it may not be a priority at all?
If any Devs see this post, please let me/us know if any plans exists for the app.

I posted something similar last week. They don't even have the FDL or Vulture in the app. They had talked about an API for the game to enable more functionality on this kind of thing but it's been radio silence on that front for a while.
