How prevalent is lithium hydroxide in ice rings?. Having mined a lot of the three P's etc in the local pristine metallic rings I never bothered with the ice rings but this last week instead of just mining for myself as I normally do, my local faction started handing out some very good mining missions 1.3mcr for 12 tons of Samarium etc. It has been very lucrative for me but I've never bothered with the missions for Lithium Hydroxide as I have never mined in the ice rings, but they have been rising steadily. Can anyone tell me if it is as easily found in ice rings as Samarium, Osmium, Praesio etc is in in metallic ones?.

as for mission mining, you won't have a problem completing those missions. but on the other hand, you won't generate income besides those missions, differently to osmium missions which i take to up the profit of p&p&p mining.

Any tips on the best places to find high paying mining missions? Should I go to high population extraction /refinery systems experiencing a Boom? I kitted out a large freighter primarily for a bit of relaxation, have found some very nice locations to mine, am thinking of taking it all more seriously.

Cheers buddy, have actually been looking into Converting the Corvette into a heavy mining ship. Currently using an engineered T9 for deep space mining, so far it is doing quite nicely.
