Question for the old timer explorers..

I've been dabbling in exploration since I started playing a few weeks or so ago and I'm wondering if the opportunity to get a "first discovered" tag is possible at this point

As of a month ago there were even still some undiscovered planets in the Bubble. (kind of an odd surprise)

OP i headed down from teh bubble about 1000Ly and then set off towards the core. with teh exception of the tourist attractions i visited i reckon 98% of my scans are undiscovered systems. Even a couple of hundred Ly down i was mainly getting Undiscovered systems
