I hope there isn't.
It's one thing to bump into them in X system purely by luck, but another thing entirely to hunt specific players down.

Nah, to hunt down specific players down (but only if they have bounties on their heads) and kill them is the enjoyment. Its kinda like Dog The Bounty Hunter (its a TV Show where this family tracks down wanted people and brings them to jail), but with killing in a game. More or less its the same.

Not sure they would see it the same when a wing drops them out of supercruise and destroyed for a bounty obtained by not paying a smuggling fine on time.

Then there should be a public bulletin board on a fan made website, where it shows the top 100 (or more) players (on Xbox One and PC/Mac separately). With this bulletin board, it shows players who are the most wanted in each system and showing how much that player is worth, if killed and brought to justice.
People hunting down specific players is more common than you might think. And typically not over bounties either. Player affiliation is a pretty major thing these days. Powerplay and Player group battles happen. Especially whenever there is a popular CG on.

The information needed for such a bounty board is currently not available. Only way to find out how much a player is worth overall (across every system) bounty wise at any given moment is to physically scan them with a KWS.
Dont do it man! They just started the game! But in all honesty, honest bounty hunter player groups are kind of a 'rare commodity' hehe............nobody found that funny? Anyhoo, most player groups will kill on sight if:
1. You are not a member, and are alone
2. You are alone
3. You are not aligned with their prefered power play faction..........and your alone.
4. You just started the game ans are all alone in your sidewinder.
To conclude my spiel ill give you juse ONE piece of advice; trust no one.......ever.

chek the crime reports at the station. It tells you who the top 3 most wanted players are and their last location.
hahahahahah trust no one that is sound advice. However i dont know how the the rest of the galaxy works but in cumo crew territorry we take care of all who would benfit from our way of life! Reguardless of being alone or not
(Not to hijack your thread) no i dont know of any site which has that info and believe me i looked cause bounty hunting was what i did when i started to play ED.
