Question on pending states

Quick question here about pending states...

The background is that the Minor Faction I'm supporting seems to have 5 (!) pending states queued up and is currently in boom.
Does anyone know if the pending states are stated in order ? (i.e. either on the Faction Summary page or the Mission Board page) - the order on the 2 screens is very different...
Or if some states take precedence over others ?
I'm basically waiting for the civil war, since if that is won then the system will be controlled by this faction. Given the number of pending states and the maximum/minimum/recovery times for each state, knowing where the civil war was in the queue would then help give me some indication of when it might actually occur...

Ah, thanks for the reply - I didn't realise that. Looks like the war 'conda will be seeing some action sooner rather than later, then...

If you are lucky, most of the other states will start before or on the same day as the civil war. If this happens, the war will override them and the other states will end. But if the civil war happens first, the other states will queue up until after the conflict has ended.
Famine and outbreak aren't so bad, as they generate some good missions, but civil unrest is a bit limiting and lockdown is a serious pain.
