Question on reputation system

I have a question regarding the reputation system. Is friendly the highest you can get with an organization or faction ? Can someone please confirm this and if there are only 3 reputations, hostile, neutral and friendly ? Oh, and also, I see the station as green now in the UI,(I am friendly to its organization), so what does this mean? No more cargo scanning by NPCs and such? Or just a color change with nothing good to it?

Nope, you can become a Lord. You can get better missions such that you can make like 400k+ a small mission

Hostile ---> Unfriendly ---> Neutral ---> Friendly ---> Allied -?-> ?Lord?

Ah, Lord is an Imperial Naval rank (I hold it). I have never heard anything about it also being a reputation level. Seriously doubt it.

Reputations can be: Hostile --> Unfriendly --> Neutral --> Friendly --> Allied

EDIT: Plus, it makes more sense that reputations are symmetric: two negative reps and two positive reps.
