Question on useful goods and assets

Has anyone ever made a list of assets and goods that we don't need for engineering so we can always sell/trade them for more useful stuff?
If so I'd be happy to hear about it as my inventory stays mostly full by now and it would be great to be able to purge it without having to worry about it.

I just saw that someone made a spreadsheet back in May for the materials, I'll leave it her for anyone wondering the same as me. Helped me a lot now

Presenting the odyssey engineer upgrade cheat sheet. (WIP) It shows the materials required for suit and weapon upgrades. materials for mods. ETC

Ill just copy paste everything from my reddit post because ive been working on this for nearly 7 hours now and im feeling a bit lazy. extra link for easy access: Odyssey suit/wep upgrade cheat sheet. EDIT 2: most of the pages have now been completed baring some additional formatting and...
