Question regarding once friendly reputation with a minor faction

So once you are friendly and you see all NPCs as green on UI/Radar, what benefits does that have? Do they stop scanning you and interdicting you?

better and higher paying missions, and if they start expanding into nearby systems u get to assist with the meta game of sorts

System Security seems to respond faster if you are Allied with them too.
