I finally joined a power play faction and I like the undermining through combat part so far.
I was interdicting ships in a control system of an opposing faction the last days.
I did this always in the same system and everything was fine until today when suddenly on top of the power play bounty I also got bounty by the local controlling minor faction and notoriety for every kill.
Can someone tell what I did wrong so that I can avoid the notoriety part next time?
