vladimusmaximus V Jul 9, 2016 #1 Hey guys, so curious. My current monitor is 2560 27", does it matter what res I set the window to? Does this have any outcome on quality within the HMD? Or is that only up to the upscale/super-sampling. Should I just keep the res small?

shreddog Jul 10, 2016 #2 It has no impact on HMD resolution. I set it to lowest res as I think it may impact performance.
Yosharian Jul 10, 2016 #3 Gee, I wonder if there should be STICKIED DOCUMENTATION to answer COMMON QUESTIONS like this. The only effect it has on the HMD is sometimes your mouse might click out of the game boundary. Kinda annoying. Not sure what effect the desktop scrn has on HMD performance.

Just set the res to be full screen and you won't lose your mouse cursor.
