Have anyone end up no fuel and unable to find a star in jump range with remaining fuel?

what happen next? Self destruct or you painfully crawl to somewhere?

how do the new ship-to-ship refueling work? is it just charity, or can you negotiate a price?

Came close to running out traveling through a region of Y1 and Tauri stars, but made it through, just

No no I haven't got stranded, but I have run out of fuel once before when I do rare run and fuel scoop can't scoop anything. But I can refuel from station so it's all good

i am just wondering what happen to explorer if same thing happen

if you're an explorer and 10k out and you run out of fuel, unless someone is around you , you're screwed. Self destruct.
which is why a good fuel scoop and a big fuel tank is mandatory equipment for exploring.
