I bet you didn't realise that when you signed up to the prestigious federation leader, that all your support, donations and pillaged funds have really been used rather inappropriately...

The pledged to a faction is usually at the bottom not the top. It looks to me like the npc was called Zachary Hudson.

Yes, prior to the edit the Zachary Hudson was at the bottom with Federal Agent on the top, which is why I was confused at first.
