Due to various factors Winters is taking a bit of a thrashing at the moment.
Given that the mechanic for prep, expansion and control for Winters basically involves time consuming, expensive and/or dull delivery missions, is it actually likely that it will become easier for Winters to expand down the road?
What I mean is that next week my 30 minute allocation will be 25 due to a rating of 4. Those currently undermining for 15 per kill will still be on that level as far as I can see. That does not change?
That should mean expansion tasks become more difficult to undermine against Winters and anyone else with a similar mechanism.
Perhaps I have it wrong?
If I am right...hurray there is hope.
If I'm wrong then Powerplay is exactly the unbalanced, ill thought out sub game I fear, and I am wasting my time on a dead horse.
