trying to find a location that sells modula terminals, or is it only avalible as a mission reward ?, maby someone has a link to some sort of commoditys list for the game !

Only a mission reward as far as I know. But, right now, Industrial/High Techs in boom produce heaps of MT missions so it's easy to get them if you need them. This might be a bug so I'd get moving before the next patch.
