question?

i have never played this game yet but i was always into zoo tycoon based games and wanted to know if it is a good game in general so please feel free to give me ur advice or opinions about the game before i

It depends on what you are interested in. Planet Zoo has a very complex building system that allows you to make very nice habitats and buildings, so if you are interested in building then you will probably enjoy it. The animals are also very detailed and lifelike (but keep in mind they might not look exactly like some screenshots if you have a bad graphics card) and interact with each other, so if you like animals you will also probably like it.

The only potential downsides (in my opinion) are the fact that it does have some bugs (that the devs are working on) and the fact that it doesn't have too much management (which doesn't bother me, but might be off-putting to some others) and once you have a couple habitats and some donations bins, money is no longer a problem.

I'd disagree with it not having too much management. I think there is a lot of management, and in fact have seen some people complain about too much micro managing required.

Depends. I was thinking more along the lines of finances, but the exhibit animals are definitely a pain to sell, switch breeding on and off, and replace. Those could do with less management.

PZ is not the big management game. For this it lacks deepness and some aspects are totally missing, but it’s a superb zoo game.

And the term micromanagement is a kind of sarcastic term, that describes that you have to care yourself about a lot of things and therefore it’s some kind of non-management.

And this was pretty much true after release of PZ, as you had constantly to care about things that could be described as routine and daily work, cause your utterly stupid employees needed always a kick in the butt with your cursor. Meanwhile this is not a big issue.
