I have a rather lovely lady crew. I've managed to rank her up from competent to dangerous. Does she become a better pilot as she ranks up?

Second Question re the fighter: Which is the most powerful fighter for the AI crew, and where can I get it? I've seen a 46 DPS Taipan with two beam lasers.

Yes, crew members get better as they level up but they take a greater percentage of your profits as a result. Still less than they would if you'd hired them already at that level, though.

I don't mind sharing the wealth. I already have 16 billion. She'll be pleased that I hired her. She's already made 5 million for just 2 evenings work.

So what's the best fighter then guys?
