CQC Questions about ranking, permits and pilots federation rank.

It seems ranking for CQC is a mystical thing to try and find information on. I'd appreciate it if a few veterans can answer these:

Is anyone ranked Elite at CQC yet?

Do you reach Elite with the pilots federation at rank 50 before your first prestige or do you have to prestige multiple times to reach Elite? If multiple then how many times?

Do you have to prestige to get the Attilius Orbital permit or do you get given it at rank 50?

When you prestige does it reset your pilots federation rank? (Would presume not if you have prestige multiple times to reach Elite)

For those that have prestige multiple times, does the icon next to your name change or grow based on how many times you prestige or once you prestige once that's it and it's the same no matter how many times you prestige?

Roughly how long in hours does it take to prestige?

Thanks

1. Not that I am aware of
2. Nope, I know people at prestige 4 and I don't think they are elite.
3. Just the first prestige.
4. Nope it doesn't reset your rank, I am almost prestige 2 and midway through champion.
5. Yes the icon does change each time you prestige.

And for roughly how long, about 20 hours of play time if you win most matches with 750 or 800 points, and about two and a half days if you don't.

It's really tough to say, because even if you're losing matches that someone else is winning quickly, you're probably ranking faster than if they weren't there. You can get 2 or 3 hundred experience after someone else runs a two minute 8-0 win, and if 2 or 3 hundred is what you normally get (it wasn't uncommon for me), you're ranking faster than you were in full matches (and the guy running 8-0 fast matches is shaving even more time off of their grind to prestige).
