How do you form a Wing?

How do coms work, do I need a special device for that?

How do I find people on Elite that might want to form a Wing group?

Is there a new Manual or link explaining any of this?

I also have a question but yours first.

Press 2 then cycle across to the person you want to invite (for me that means Esc then E). Under Text chat it says Invitevto Wing.
Voice chat came on automatically for me. Although can still use text.
I cant help with the third one.
Yes I found the manual earlier but I cant find it right now. I'm sure someone faster than me will provide the link soon.

Now mine. I saw something in the patch logs about cargo being shared between the wing. Is there a way to do Thi apart from dropping it for others to scoop?

There's something about the entire wing sharing profits from sale of goods but I think it's a percentage rather than equal shares.

I know when you sell they get a % share from the spaceport. It also says cargo can be freely transfered between wing members. I'm starting to think this just means it wont show as stolen. Same mechanic though if you want to transfer it. I suppose it does make sense that you have to physicaly move the cargo.
