Questions on GeForce Now

Hallo.
I see suggestions to NOT buy a gaming PC to get Odissey but to try out GeForce Now.

I think I will give it a try (first of all with Horizon, before buying Odissey...)

1) Can somebody supply some detailed instructions about how to do the migration from Console user to PC user if I don't want to use a phisical PC but a GeForce Now account?
2) Using Geforce Now guarantees to have the personal settings saved?
3) Using GeForce Now allows to get the Journaling files to upload to Canonn?

Thanks commanders

The fact you will use GeForce NOW should not be relevant at all.

2) Using Geforce Now guarantees to have the personal settings saved?

What do you exactly mean with that? You will have your CMDR preferences saved between different platform (i.e. a PC and GeForce NOW) but you will need to setup your local machine preferences (graphic settings, keybinds), which are separate from the ones you will have on another machine where you are running the game locally.

3) Using GeForce Now allows to get the Journaling files to upload to Canonn?
Yes, you can send your data to EDSM, EDDN, Cannon R&D using Journal Limpet... you will NOT be able to use anything that runs as an external program on your PC and needs to access a local journal file (like EDMC and its plugins)
