Quick and best way to change minor faction in a system

I need to know what is the best way to change a system faction (currently Independent) to another faction (Federation). I am weeks trying to change factions in Grabrigpa:
  • Grabrigpa Gold United Corp, Independent, 42,5%, owns Qian Port station (dominant);
  • Labour of Grabrigpa, Independent, 24,9%, owns Sternberg Ring;
  • Grabrigpa Industry, Federation, 9,9% (faction I am trying to help, currently owns no station).
Did lots of quests, almost no effort.

You're not going to see an immediate effect.

I've been working my system for weeks and right now you're in the position where you just need to keep doing missions.

The tick and the values change at about 11AM EST for me. That's when I see the values change.

Keep an eye on the traffic logs. High traffic means people may be trading with one of the factions that owns a station which will work against you.

Right now your best bet is to do missions, do NOT trade at a station owned by another faction in bulk trading, and DO turn in bounties ONLY issued by the faction you are trying to support that you picked up through a KWS.

You could also straight up attack the faction in charge by killing clean civilian ships and system authority ships owned by the dominate faction which will drive them down in influence but gain a bounty on your head for doing it.

Currently, I am not turning in any bounty on any of those 2 stations, sometimes I am trading a little with Sternberg Ring to avoid getting hostile with Labour of Grabrigpa (I sure need that station), but I think my best bet is to harm some of the Labour of Grabrigpa ships.

Instead of attacking the main faction (Grabrigpa Gold United Corp) ships, I am planning on attacking only the Labour of Grabrigpa ships, although I will get a Wanted status for some time on my head, but my primary objective now is to force a civil war between Grabrigpa Industry and Labour of Grabrigpa.

You could also look at passenger missions outside the system looking for a one way trip to Sternberg ring.

Transporting in Refugees, Rebels, Protestors, and Criminals will also negatively affect faction influence.

What does the traffic report in the station say?

If there are a few players trading in the system, you are probably wasting your time, as their trade efforts will easily offset your efforts with missions. A few players bountyhunting will hurt you even more, the crime report and the bountyhunting report will tell you what is happening there.

Do as many missions as you can for "Grabrigpa Industry" (and only them), as they are in Boom, and let us know how it goes tomorrow.
Source and donate goods missions are the most rewarding regards influence...and anything else you can do is always a bonus.

There are two other factors working against you.

The first is Powerplay. There are Powerplay player groups that go around switching systems to government types that their Power is "stronger" against; these systems are cheaper for that Power to control, and (usually) more expensive for their enemies. There are two Powers currently Contesting for this system: Mahon and Hudson. Now, you might think the Hudson guys are on your side, but they're not. The faction you are trying to promote is a Federation Corporate state, and Hudson is Neutral against corporates, while Mahon is Strong. So Mahon supporters will be wanting to keep the system Corporate (he cares not whether it's Indie corporate or Federation corporate, though ideologically they would prefer Indies) while Hudson doesn't care; neither Corporate nor Democracy are good or bad for him.

Finally, of course... having published your intent on an open forum, you might have attracted the attention of forum trolls (or simply people/groups who don't like the Federation and who are looking for Federation BGS efforts to thwart), who will now actively oppose your effort to bring this system under Federal control.

at the moment im finding passanger missions have the strongest effect on influence values in quite systems compared to regular other missions, its quite interesting how strongly they are rated and how quickly they become effective
