Quick and dirty test to show the possibilities of CV1

Whilst "looking after the kids" and pondering the hopefully imminent CV1 I had a minor eureka moment.

I grabbed my spare "B" lenses for my DK2 and put them against all the various screens I could find.
It was cool.

The DK2's Note 3 screen (1080 x 1920 pixels 386 ppi) is pretty poor, as we know.

So I tried:

iPhone 6 - 1334x750 pixels at 326 ppi (Good)
iPhone 6+ - 1080 x 1920 pixels at 401 ppi (Great)
Galaxy S6 - 1440 x 2560 pixels at 577 ppi (Doooood!)

Plus my LCD TV's, old CRT TV in kids room (Eww)
And my mates brand new Samsung 4K 55" TV (it was truly awful!)

The new gen smartphones with high res screen will be AWESOME in comparison to the DK2. Its not just the extra resolution that will kick ass its the pixel layouts that help. The DK2 colour pixels are terribly spaced out.

So, if you are a DK2 user and want a glimpse of whats coming then try this very simple little test :-]
