Quick maintenance bug?

The answer was already given I believe, and your second screenshot shows Public Holiday.
A holiday is a day set aside by custom or by law on which normal activities, especially business or work including school, are suspended or reduced. Generally, holidays are intended to allow individuals to celebrate or commemorate an event or tradition of cultural or religious significance. Known holidays celebrated by humans in the 34th century are listed below.

It's part of the January update, new system states. I believe you either need to wait for it to end, or fly to a different system. I haven't seen this myself and not sure how long it might last. On that Inara page that d8veh linked to it shows the system in holiday and has a 1 next to it. Could that be the remaining days? I don't know enough about it. But the dudes who would gas up and fix your ship are not at work today it would seem.

try validating files, never heard of that happening
Looking at it more, it seems it's the faction that goes in to holiday, not the system.

If that's the case, I would think any station not controlled by Progressive Party of Thunderbird will be open for business. And really I'm just putting two and two together and concluding that's why the refueling and repair are not available. Makes sense. Since I haven't run in to it I really don't know.

Well I think the OP can test it by flying to McCandless Enterprise (different controlling faction). His Cobra can land there. See if the refueling is available.
I just saw how far the arrivals are to some of the stations, 160k ls. If there's fuel, maybe a jump to a neighboring system would be better. Don't know what his fuel state is though.

Exit the game, log back in, does the problem persist? And I'm not kidding.
I've noticed sometimes those fields take a while to become active recently - I guess server load is high. Normally they become active in 30 seconds or so.

Of course I did. I'm struggling with this 4 days already. Changed my ship, docked with another stations.
So I guess I'd better write to support
Also is it the problem same in all the modes? Solo vs Open?
Yep. Tried solo, same problem
have you tried a different station cos at 10cr worth of fuel your tank is 99.9% full and your last log save is a little out of wack jump to next system and it should all resync
Yes, I have tried different stations. And I had ~10% fuel left.
And it seems it was connection issue. Not sure though. I have rebooted my router and everything works fine since then.
