Quick Query Re: Base game includes/Odyssey Expansion or Deluxe for new players

Does the base game without Oddessy now come with Horizons for basic dropping down onto planets to use the SRV to drive around with and to get engineering started up or do new players need to buy the Odyessy expansion or Deluxe version to get Horizons now?

IDK because I was a Beta Backer and I got all the expansions automatically.

you cant land on all planets that you can in the complete game in horizons however, only those without any atmosphere.

planets with "thin" atmosphere we can on land on in Ody........... and those with full atmospheres only in our imagination.
