Quick question about feeding platforms

So I have Red Pandas and I tried to put the wooden feeding tray raised on a couple of short logs (not high up, I thought keeper could easily reach it. It told me that the keepers couldn’t reach it. Do they have to be completely flat on the floor?

No, you can put the feeding tray also higher up, but don't use it as a platform.

You need to build a climbing structure with a platform big enought to fit the feeding tray AND you need to build a ramp usable for the keeper.

I think I used it a few Times without another Platform under it. But it's true that their needs to be a Ramp or another Possibility for the Zookeeper to walk up to it

I put one on a platform and then put a ramp up using one of the wooden sloped climbing pieces and it worked fine

Ah ok, thanks guys. I just assumed the keeper could sort of throw it on haha.
