Quick question about the alpha/beta/release no data asking

Hey guys.

So im very interested in Planet coaster because it looks great.

Now i wanted to wait for the release because i tought it was close.

however, reading the forum a bit i saw people talking about a alpha stage 3 and a beta, that confused me a bit.

So i want to ask you if someone could clear this up what is gonna happen now and am i right to think the following

Today is last day to get early bird before the game goes alpha stage 3
then it goes into closed beta for a while.

Then the game will be avaible on steam?

Main reason i am asking is because if the full release still takes a month or even a week i quickly want to purchase the game before i miss my change.

Alpha 3 started Tuesday (and will run until the full game comes out), today as you say is the last day to purchase and must be done from the Frontier store. Beta will probably be in October with the full release mid-November. Pre-orders on Steam should be available after today with 2 versions (regular and Thrillseeker) available. If you pre-order today from the Frontier store it will be cheaper and you have full access to the Thrillseeker edition.
