Quick question - the brown dwarf layer in permit sectors.

Could someone check for me, please (I'm on my break at work...) if the brown dwarf layer near the plane is present in the Bleia and Praei permit sectors? (and also any other of the permit sectors that would intersect the plane, I'm sure the likes of Col 70 do.)

I've checked two-two of the numbered permit sectors (Bleia1, Bleia3, Praei1 and Praei3) as well as Col 70. All of these do contain the brown dwarf layer.
