I have a bounty claim for Independant Eravate Free, but I can not claim it at any of the stations in Eravate, usually I have federation bounty claims but for the first time I have this one. Any tips?

Ackerman Market, Sylvester City and Maine Hub is that faction. You can claim it there.

Seems the system changed from federation to independent.

Go to the system maps for Eravate system. Click on all of the space ports and platforms on the schematic. One of them must show "Independant Eravate Free" as being the owning faction I can't actually see the schematic at the moment so can't help beyond that. If it is a binary it may be on the alternative Star's planets.
