Newcomer / Intro Quickest way to find black markets?

Ok yes it's another inane 'can you save me time thread'. Basically I was supposed to pick up 16 tons of stolen HE suits for a ranking mission last night. Never thought of cargo scanners and didn't want to pirate anyway. I failed.

Upshot is I now have a meagre 13 or so tons of assorted stolen crap and the black market as mentioned in the quest doesn't normally exist. So on the galaxy map or by another method is it possible to find these markets, other than trawling through each system's map and clicking on stations/outposts facilities? I understand that trawling through each system map isn't really dangerous or difficult but I tried this for quite some time and haven't found one. I'm near LHS 3505 and don't really want to blast the illicit cargo into space. I say illicit and legally it is, but I just picked it up whilst no one was looking and didn't harm anyone your honour.

Am I missing a trick?

some of the powerplay powers shut down all black markets in their controlled space, so check what ones those are and make sure you are not in their space

You can see if a station has a black market on your galaxy map, provided you have the system map data for the system it's in. Under station services, you'll see stuff listed such as repair, refuel, commodities, black market, etc. Also note it's possible to buy data on nearby systems, provided you're docked at a station. Shouldn't be too hard to find a black market, almost all of the bigger stations have it tbh.

Check the System Map for nearby systems.
A Black Market will be listed under the station services if available.

Alternatively, any station in any of Archon Delaine's Control Systems has a black market.
