Agree on the storage.

The mission system in 1.6/2.1 is pretty awesome though. More variation can always be added in terms of mission types and scenarios/events, but the mission system is in a good place now.

Judging by this I expect Turnips to be a new rare very soon, seen a lot of well constructed posts about them recently. I would of course prefer it to be wet kippers but I'll take anything!

The level of negativity has greatly increased in the past few weeks, however a precedent was set when the Devs initially said that some huge gimbals wouldn't appear in the game because the Wyrd CG did not reach a high enough tier but then almost immediately backtracked. Looking in from the outside, the initial decision was reversed only because a small, but very vocal minority here hijacked almost every thread with page after page of complaints about it, shutting down discussion on almost any other topic. Those threads are still available for view on the forum and it would be fair to say that the level of complaint was not exactly Swiftian in its rapier-like subtlety

Rightly or wrongly, it appeared that if enough people kicked up enough fuss here something gets done and gets done quickly.

Ideally there should be a dedicated section that people can discuss changes or improvements they want to see which would leave the main discussion boards for those who want to chat about the other aspects of the game as it is. I realise there is a 'Suggestions & Feedback' section in forum but it's pretty far down the page, maybe it should be in a more prominent position.

if it hadn't have been mentioned no one would have been any the wiser and nothing would have happened - instead it gave them a huge amount of ammo.

i think the same has happened here with the few 2.1 proper bugs and they're using that ammo all they can - I hope they'll not let a vocal few cause disproportionate change.

Engineers delayed 2 months so they could 'get it right' but they didn't, just like they did with Powerplay, Wings and instancing. Is it any wonder people are annoyed and come here to vent their frustration only to be told by fanboys there is nothing wrong with the game.

Remember positive waves people. yes feed back is good and yes the game has flaws im not a "fanboy" but i do like playing this game and there are great examples how positivity really gets people in game to do cool things. but what i find increasing these days is people go by what they here on forums or make up opinions on what they here on forums and thats it, they are in or out. rather than experiencing things in game and making there own decision.

the best and the most consistent thread on this forum for positivity and interesting things is the UA Thread (i apologize to any long running threads that are also this well run that im unaware of). if that's not your thing fine but maybe it would make a good template for other threads for constructive game feed back the mods would read maybe?
