Something very strange and creepy happened to me during the last community goal in Quivira (protecting against Patreus). I was in the CZ fighting in my vulture against the Empire's ships and everything was going well, a lot of killings and lot of money. My ship was still in good shape, the shields dropped a couple of times but the military grade hull was still good at 90%.
Empire's ships in the area were: anaconda, phyton, asp, cobra, viper, eagle.
As i said i was doing a lot of money and, as always, high level npcs with powerful ships were not a problem.
Creepy part begins here:
While i was attacking the next npc elite anaconda i hear a ship jumping in, 5 seconds later said ship start shooting at me. I did not know what kind of ship was and I did not pay immediately attention to her, i was focused on anaconda.
That ship was depleting my shields very fast! so i stopped the attack on the anaconda and focused on the new threat.
It was a vulture. Like me
The only npc vulture that i saw in Quivira CZ for all the time that comm goal lasted.
And guess what happened? She killed me.
I went down in no time, shield cells were like air against a bullet, armored hull was like butter against a hot knife.
Now, i am still very confused and scary. What does this mean?
That the game at one point generated a clone of me?
That there is a ghost vulture that roams CZ all over the galaxy and attack other vultures?
Has something like this happened to someone else out there?
