I have Benisi managing Bottas at Kick Sauber, and in some of his lines he calls him Zhou (my 2nd driver is Hulkenberg, Zhou is not even in the team).
It would be a good idea to clean up race engineer lines from all the ones that mention names, as pilots and race engineers can change teams.
