Chat works for me now, so a friend and I met up and started racing. From end to end at an Orbis station, and then leap frog / follow the leader in an asteroid field. It's pretty fun to circle through the parts of the station as your friend passes you doing 400+.
Of course, an asteroid got in the cobra's way and brought his shields down and hull to 10% in one very fast collision! Popped his canopy too. It was then a race to get back to the station and I tried to protect him from interdictions on the way. He made it back to dock and we logged off for the night.
Much more fun than trading I normally do, just wanted to share. Does anyone else have some racing stories to share?
