Racing skins are great! Can we get stylized racing number decals?

Topic mostly says it all. I think the new racing skins for the Mamba and Imperial Courier are outstanding. They're so good in fact that I wish they could have different numbers.

To that end, could we have a set of stylized racing numbers as ship ID decals? Future racing skins that aren't numbered could then be customized by players picking their own numbers with matching visual scheme.

The problem is the future racing liveries would be restricted by the decal placement.

As someone with plenty of experience making racing liveries for cars online, let me tell you that would be a problem. Not unsolvable, but it would hurt creativity.

I mean I guess it could work. But I think it's more likely that racing skins are going to be churned out as we saw yesterday.

Just being realistic.

Makes sense, and would sell well as a pack or individually. Racing skins could incorporate a white roundel where the decals go too to tie the room together.
