Radio effect from Elite - How to get exact same effect?

Hello.
Recently I've recorded some videos for my new YT channel for Polish audience and I wanted make radio effect as it is in the game wing communication, but I don't know how to get that and didn't find any guides about exact that effect.
What I had try is "Military Radio effect in Audacity" and "Telephone Message effect in Adobe Audition".
Both of them don't give me even close effect to this what I want to get.
Does anyone of you know a way to get same or very similar effect to my videos?
If you can't help me then I will need to ask one of my friends to play this back to me during the game, and that's not very convenient.
If you want to check what I got this far I put links in the bottom to both effects. I must warn you that this is in Polish language.
Thanks for any help

I can't check this as I'm at work, but does this help?

How I would do it
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=efgdzMLPCUQ
also found this.
1. Firstly, start Vegas and import the song/audio file you want to apply this effect on
2. Right click the track tab and click Duplicate track.
3. Right click the track and go to switches > invert phase
4. Now zoom in quite a bit and SLIGHTLY move the bottom track to the left (or right). Listen to the tracks while you do this to get your desired effect.

I use Adobe Premiere to edit my videos. I got the same effect in Adobe Audition Phone Message effect.

That's exactly what I did in Military Radio effect :/

The radio interference in Elite has a particular timbre.
The radio / telephone / distortion plugin effects will go some way towards it, but there's some stuttering that's tricky to reproduce and you need the puntuaction sounds too. The clicks and beeps and static bursts.

I've got a second PC and alt account that I use to re-record voice.

But I'm a long way behind in my to do cue.
