Radio Mods?

I've been hearing people mention things about mods that allow you to have radio in game in the ship, my question is how/where would I go about implementing this? Any help would be appreccited, and I don't know much about these things so if it's complicated could someone dumb it down for Me lol

There are no mods like this, to my knowledge at least, I think you might be confusing it with people just playing something like radio sidewinder in a browser http://www.radiosidewinder.com/listen-now/

and Now they have mods with ED radio (which i think is pretty cool) I wouldn't mind the time consuming things like super cruising 15000 light seconds if ED would develope their own versions of these mods AND of course they could work the lore into the ships radio via news reports and so on... would be very immersive and very coool
