RAF Lads looking for entertainment.

The Register just put out a story about a remote RAF radar station with poor Internet launching a Kickstarter (which was killed, probably by higher-ups in MoD)

Does Frontier ever donate copies of E: D to anyone? This may be a good cause and will probably work over their Internet link.

With poor phone and dodgy internet connections, it's clear why they would like LAN. It's a nice thought, but methinks online games are too much trouble for them.

Anyone else think it's funny that an RAF radar monitoring station has rubbish internet :D (possibly just me).

I think ED would be great for them. Go on FD, let them have a copy or two.

An an ex-Senior Service (RN) rating, I know they can easily afford ED !!!

Anyway, with poor 'Net, they'll not be able to connect to ED servers me suspects.
